Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated: June 17, 2026

How does an in-home appraisal work?

We come directly to you. Angel reviews each item in person, researches comparable values, and prepares a formal, written appraisal suitable for probate, insurance, resale, or estate planning. There is no need to transport anything.

Do you manage the entire estate sale, or just price items?

We can do as much or as little as you need — from full staging, pricing, organization, and running the sale, to a focused appraisal of select pieces. We will tailor a plan during your consultation.

What does a mobile notary visit cost?

Notary fees follow Florida's regulated rates, plus a modest travel fee depending on your location. We will always confirm pricing with you before the appointment — no surprises.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Your initial consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is simply an opportunity for us to understand your needs and for you to decide if we are the right fit.

How quickly can you schedule a visit?

Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with estate sales also held on weekends. Most consultations can be arranged within a few days. For urgent matters, please call us directly at (321) 209-1171.
