Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Exquisite Estate and Appraisal, LLC website and the services we provide, including estate sale management, antique and collectible appraisals, and certified mobile notary services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Exquisite Estate and Appraisal, LLC provides white-glove estate services to clients in Brevard County and surrounding Central Florida. Services include:
- Estate sale management;
- Antique and collectible appraisals;
- Certified mobile notary services; and
- Combined service visits.
The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement will be agreed upon between you and us before work begins.
Appointments & Scheduling
Requesting an appointment through our website is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm availability, scope, and any applicable fees. We ask that you provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Appraisals
Appraisals reflect our professional opinion of value based on the information available and accepted appraisal practices at the time of service. An appraisal is not a guarantee of sale price and does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. Values may change over time and with market conditions.
Notary Services
Our mobile notary services are performed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. As a notary, we verify the identity of signers and witness signatures; we do not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or select documents on your behalf. You are responsible for understanding the contents of any document you sign. Valid, government-issued identification is required for all notarizations.
Fees & Payment
Fees are based on the services provided and will be communicated to you before work begins. Notary fees are subject to limits set by Florida law where applicable. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your estate, items, or documents;
- Ensure you have the legal authority to engage our services for the property involved;
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the location where services are performed; and
- Provide required identification for notarial acts.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exquisite Estate and Appraisal, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
